On behalf of the teachers and staff of East Valley High School, we are pleased to welcome you as an East Valley Panther. You are an important part of a school community with a commitment to excellence.  The East Valley spirit is also evident in its performing arts areas, academics and student leadership. Credit goes to a superb staff, a fine group of students and many involved parents. WELCOME! You are going to love being a Panther! The school Mission Statement is as follows:

East Valley High School is committed to excellence in education. We believe a child is the most important resource on earth.  We further believe each child has a mission to share with humanity and needs a wide and varied knowledge base to fulfill that mission.  Therefore, we at Legacy aspire to challenge students to greatness.  We dedicate ourselves to strong academics, leadership training and an enriching arts program in a safe and structured environment.  With this base for success, students will learn to love life, liberty, and learning.

East Valley HS provides a well-rounded education including opportunities for interaction and development of individual talents.  Therefore, Legacy will maintain a quality fine arts and performing arts program for the participation of all students.

Please review the information in this handbook.  We hope that you will participate in our Parent Organization and on various committees.  Please feel free to contact us with your suggestion, questions, or concerns.  We look forward to a great year!

Good-bye Mr. Huffman

You will Always be in our hearts

It is with sad but grateful hearts that we announce that Greg Huffman will be retiring from our East Valley High School Community effective this Friday.  Mr. Huffman, Dean of Students, has spent over five years mentoring students and supporting our programs at the high school.  During that time, he has touched the hearts and lives of countless students and been a major support to the staff and parents at East Valley.  His insight, generosity, and tough love will be missed by all who have had the privilege of working with him.
